I appreciated the hotel, the staff was understanding, good value. The property had all the interesting charm coupled with truly polite service. The beach was nice and near my hotel.

Quite small bathroom, and the breakfast was very basic.

Had a comfortable time. Clean hotel with unbeatable location in Lucerne just next door to Old Towne, train station and bus. Stayed here for vacations, we all loved our airy & delightful room. The breakfast was fine with eggs, omelets, make-to-cook eggs. Cheerful and informative staff, excellent service.

I appreciated location and rooms on site the hotel. Minutes from a train station in the well kept area. Nice bedroom and large beds. Splendid views and quiet garden.

Everything was outstanding, but we stayed for 1 night only. Above average breakfast, a huge variety of food and beverages. Room had a tiled bathroom that we loved. Early check in and late check out. Apart from that, an interactive transport museum was 10 minutes away by driving👍❤

I have had a very comfortable experience, this cozy, clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. Friendly reception. Had no problem using their convenient parking, the internet was good.

Airy hotel with super central position, good value. Clean room, absolutely fantastic staff, nice pool. There was a large restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door. Also, venue was a 10-15 minute walking distance from kkl culture and convention centre. The food was excellent, we liked the continental breakfast.
